These Terms of Service govern your use of the Blue Bayou Stays website and any reservation made with us.

A reservation is confirmed once payment is received and acknowledged. Rates shown are nightly, weekly, or monthly depending on the length of stay, as displayed at the time of booking.
Reservations canceled 48 hours or more before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are not eligible for a refund of the first night's stay.
Guests agree to follow the House Rules provided at booking, including occupancy limits, quiet hours, and the no-smoking and no-parties policies. We reserve the right to end a stay without refund if these terms are violated.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a reservation at our discretion, including for failed identity verification, suspected fraud, or prior rule violations. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure each property is clean, safe, and matches its listed description at check-in. If a property does not meet this standard, contact us immediately so we can address it.
Blue Bayou Stays is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during a stay, except where caused by our negligence. Guests are responsible for their own belongings and conduct during their stay.
Payment methods currently accepted are listed at the time of booking. Guests are responsible for any fees associated with their chosen payment method.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from a stay or reservation will be resolved in the applicable courts of Harris County, Texas.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your reservation applies to that stay.
