Check-in is at 4:00 PM, check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is available only with advance approval — please ask before assuming it's available.
Each listing has a maximum guest count shown on its page. Unregistered or additional guests beyond that limit are not permitted. A $15 fee applies per unauthorized guest.
No smoking of any kind inside any unit. A $300 cleaning fee applies if evidence of smoking is found.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and, in shared homes, other guests.
Our properties are not available for parties, events, or large gatherings at any time.
One pet is welcome in our furnished apartments. Pets are not permitted in private rooms within shared homes.
Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Private room stays include a $50 refundable deposit; furnished apartments do not currently require a deposit, but damage costs will still be billed to the guest.
All guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in.
Cancel 48 hours or more before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations inside 48 hours are not refunded for the first night.
